Programme Outline

Module 1

Participants will examine the core tenets of ethical leadership, as well as reflect on individual leadership style, distinctive strengths and areas for growth.

Module 2

Self-management, corporate communication and their vital interplay are the focus of the second module

Module 3

Participants will learn how to better manage networks and corporate crises through a strategic blend of substantial and symbolic actions.

Module 4

Participants will delve into the leadership essentials of managing high-performance teams, with an emphasis on critical leadership challenges, problem resolution and negotiating in complex environments

Module 5

This will offer strategies to successfully manage internal and external stakeholders in a variety of contexts, including strategies to identify opportunities and discover solutions
